What are your processing fees?

We charge $1500 in processing fees for each loan.  

Do you charge an origination fee?

Yes, our loans include a 1% origination fee, although we can offer a quote without the origination fee. 

Do you work with brokers?

ReadyCap does not pay brokers.  We offer referral fees in some instances, but expect mortgage brokers to get paid their origination from the borrower directly. 

Do you offer referral fees?

ReadyCap offers up to 25 bps to commercial brokers for referring a deal.  We do require payment to go to the broker of record, and need to get a broker approval package completed to make this payment.
